Three Months!!!!

I feel robbed! My sweet baby girl is three months old! How did that happen?! She is as adorable as ever of course and certainly already has her own personality and likes and dislikes

She loves to be read to
She is really good at getting her fists to her mouth and chowing down on them
Like her daddy, she likes to suck on her tongue
She loves looking around
Her favorite colors to study are currently red and blue (and of course anything else high contrast as per normal)
She's a smiley giggly baby a lot of the time, when you smile at her 90% of the time she will smile happily back very proudly
She is strong and does well sitting up while being held, of course she still kinda flies around and loses her balance sometimes but she does great for her age
She is a master at tummy time and every once and a while randomly rolls over, very nonchalantly too. It's funny because she won't do it when she is frustrated just when she is happy. She rolled from her tummy to back the first time at 7 weeks and just this monday she rolled from her back to her front (i'm hoping this one doesn't become common place for a while). Thankfully she doesn't roll too much but when she feels like it she just goes with very little effort.
She currently takes a really good morning and afternoon nap and then a half hearted one in the evening, I will not go into her sleeping habits further as I do not want a mob of angry mothers coming after me ;)
She loves play time with mommy and daddy
She is really good at melting people's hearts and is totally adorable! (Even the MEN at church have stopped to tell us what a cute baby we have, yeah, that's a pretty good indication of what a cute baby you have

Well, I wrote a post about Michelle turning three months on Friday but saved it to come back and add pictures later. Blogger changed everything about it's self and now I can't find it so you must wait until I figure it out. grrrrr

Blessing Day

March 4th was Michelle's blessing day and it was wonderful. It was nice to have so much family be able to come and be there with us. Joe's parents and his brother Benny's family were all there as well as two of his cousins and their families. My parents and my cousin Lauren came up from Salt Lake and my sister came from Wisconsin. We had quite the group it was fun.

The biggest challenge was that we have 9 am church but by some miracle everyone made it in time for the blessing. Michelle's ensemble involved 5 generations of women. She wore the blessing dress that my mom bought and used with me. The blanket my Grandma Cole made. and I made her booties with yarn that was from my great-grandma Cole, and of course Michelle was wearing it all!

Joe gave her a beautiful blessing and the spirit was strong. A deacon that was holding the microphone for the blessing even bore his testimony about how he felt the spirit and that she was going to have a great life. After Sacrament mtg we took some pictures of the whole group and we went to our apartment for a little luncheon. Then after everyone left we took a bunch more pictures.
